The
70 hectare holding is divided into 9 hectares
of Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino vineyards
and 5 hectares of olive grove while the remainder
of the property
consists of woods and grain
production.
At the Azienda Fattoi, our olives
have always been harvested by hand from our
century old trees of Leccino, Frantoio and
Moraiolo variety. Immediately after the harvest,
the olives are taken to the mill where, by
using the cold press method,
they are transformed
into a unique
extra virgin olive oil.
