The
Azienda Fattoi has always produced an Extra virgin olive oil. The olives
are scrupulously harvested
by hand and taken immediately
to Montalcino where, by utilising the cold press technique, we are
able to produce a fruity, fragrant
Extra virgin olive oil which is of extremely low acidity.
Our trees are traditional Tuscan
olive trees of the Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo variety Annual production
is limited to a total of 1000
bottles of 0,750 ltr and 500 bottles of 0,500 ltr.
